KESHAV MEMORIAL COLLEGE OF LAW

Keshav Nyay Pragnya Parishad (KNPP) is a student body established with the aim of achieving overall development of students. It is completely managed by the students under the supervision of law faculty.

It is divided into various committees like Moot Court Committee, Legal Aid & Research Committee, Literary Committee, Sports & Cultural Committee, Students Editorial Committee, Placement Committee and Social Media Committee for conducting academic, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. It provides opportunities for the law students to learn and also to showcase their talents in the field of law and social sciences. The committees conduct various competitions like quiz, essay writing, elocution, debate, moot court, judgment writing, legal aid services, client counseling sessions etc

MOOT- COURT COMMITTEE

The primary objective of the Moot court committee is to conduct moot court competitions on both inter and Intra-college level, with a belief that the overall growth of a budding lawyer requires focus on the practical world.

EDITORIAL COMMITTEE

The Student Editorial committee is responsible for the Construction and Publication of the college magazine. It is tasked with spreading the word to the world and it also provides a platform for everyone to showcase their knowledge on par with their creativity.

LEGAL AID COMMITTEE

The Legal Aid committee empowered by the students is always on its toes taking up various activities promoting the need of the hour legal objectives. The committee oversees many law based activities which include legal workshops, client counseling, industrial visits, legal researching and conferences.

LITERARY COMMITTEE

The Literary Committee believes in the growth of individuals in fields which have a symbiotic relationship with this noble profession and as a result the committee puts emphasis on conducting various literary events and competitions which focuses on the growth of our students.

CULTURAL AND FINE ARTS COMMITTEE

Cultural and Fine arts committee takes up the responsibility to celebrate and conduct the diverse culture observed at our prestigious institution. This Committee also hosts many events and competition providing the students with a platform to show case their culture along with their creative side.

SPORTS COMMITTEE

The belief of the Institution that sports are on par with academics is clearly reflected by the Sports committee, which as a result is tasked with conducting many sports competitions and is always on its feet.

SOCIAL MEDIA COMMITTEE

The social media committee takes care of the promotion and presentation of the distinguished institution across platforms which is also tasked with advertising everything concerned with the institution. The Social media committee controls media handles across many contemporary platforms including Instagram and prominently LinkedIn, resulting in the building of social image.

PLACEMENT CELL

The placement committee which is in its initial stage works tirelessly to partner up with many companies and firms to bring up opportunities for our students. It purely concentrates on placing our market ready students who are ready to meet the requirements demanded by the noble profession and provide them with the chance to express themselves in the outside world

ADIVISORY COMMITTEE

An advisory committee is a group of experts who give advice to other committees. They offer guidance and recommendations to help decision-making. Members are chosen for their expertise. The advice is not mandatory but is valued for its insights and specialized knowledge, improving the quality of decisions made by other committees.
